Team Spirit win PGL Astana 2025

Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov's squad won the big LAN tournament PGL Astana 2025 in Counter-Strike 2, which took place from May 10 to 18 in Kazakhstan.

In the final, Team Spirit defeated Astralis with a scoreline of 3:1 (13:5 on Dust2, 13:10 on Nuke, 5:13 on Mirage, 16:13 on Train). En route to the final, the squad also bested FURIA and NIP; Astralis, in turn, prevailed over Aurora and NAVI.

For first place, Team Spirit received $200,000. The runner-up earned $93,750. Aurora secured $75,000 for third place. The total prize pool of the competition amounted to $625,000.
