The MongolZ and Team Spirit through to PGL Astana 2025 playoffs

Third playday of PGL Astana 2025 has ended in Kazakhstan – today the teams played eight more matches of the competition group stage, following which the first participants of the playoffs were determined.

The MongolZ, Team Spirit, FURIA, Virtus.pro, Aurora, ODDIK, HOTU and G2 emerged victorious from today's matchups – they defeated NAVI, Astralis, MIBR, BIG, NIP, paiN, GamerLegion and M80, respectively.

As a result, The MongolZ and Team Spirit finished the group stage with a 3:0 match record and secured tickets to the playoffs. On the contrary, GamerLegion and M80 failed to win a single match out of three and got relegated from the competition.

The fourth round of the Swiss stage at PGL Astana 2025 is scheduled for tomorrow, May 13. The participants will be divided into two pools based on the number of wins and losses (2:1, 1:2); accordingly, the squads will face only the opponents from their pool.
