Falcons knock GamerLegion out of IEM Melbourne 2025

One more team finished their journey at the IEM Melbourne 2025 Counter-Strike 2 tournament, which is currently taking place in Australia, today.

In the first round of the playoffs, Erik "ztr⁠" Gustafsson's squad lost to Falcons with a scoreline of 0:2 (3:13 on Train, 4:13 on Nuke) and left the competition.

The Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski-led roster advanced to the semi-finals of the event, where they will face MOUZ in the matchup for a spot in the final of IEM Melbourne 2025. GamerLegion, in turn, secured 5th-6th place in the competition and earned $12,500 in prizes.

Today, the organizers of IEM Melbourne 2025 have scheduled another match: Liquid will face The MongolZ in a match for advancing to the top 4 of the event. The semi-final matches will play out on April 26.
