Official: FURIA bench skullz

Brazilian esports club FURIA has officially announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. As previously reported, Felipe "skullz" Medeiros has departed the team – the organization has benched him. The announcement was published on the club's X social media account.

Medeiros has represented FURIA since July of last year. The 23-year-old Brazilian's average rating over the past three months is 0.97 (in 48 maps). According to rumors, the vacant position in the squad will be filled by Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis, who has been on Liquid's bench since December of 2024.

Note that a few days ago, FURIA bought out 20-year-old Kazakh esports sports Danil "molodoy" Golubenko from AMKAL – he replaced Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes.

FURIA placed 12th-14th at PGL Bucharest 2025, 13th-16th at BLAST Open Lisbon 2025, 12th-14th at ESL Pro League Season 21, 13th-16th at IEM Katowice 2025, and 9th-16th at BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1. The roster currently occupies 18th place in Valve's world ranking.

 FURIA are now:

 Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato
 Yuri "yuurih" Santos
 Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
 Danil "molodoy" Golubenko

 Sid "sidde" Macedo (coach)
