EVPs and PGL Bucharest 2025 best five named
HLTV.org has published a list of esports athletes who were awarded the title of Exceptionally Valuable Player (EVP) based on the results of the recent PGL Bucharest 2025 tournament in Romania.
The EVP title was secured by players who showed outstanding results at the event, but were not chosen as MVP. The list includes representatives of Falcons, G2, FaZe, and Complexity. A total of six esports athletes are on it:
Nikola "NiKo" Kovač (Falcons);
René "TeSeS" Madsen (Falcons);
Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov (G2);
David "frozen" Čerňanský (FaZe);
Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko (G2);
Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli (Complexity).
Moreover, HLTV authors unveiled an all-star roster of the best players of PGL Bucharest 2025 in each role – it features four representatives of Falcons and one player from G2.
PGL Bucharest 2025 was held from April 6 to 13, 2025 in Bucharest, Romania. The total prize pool of the event amounted to $625,000, divided between 16 squads. In the final, Falcons crushed G2 with a scoreline of 3:0. Abdul "degster" Gasanov was named the most valuable player of the event.
