BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 European qualifier matchups announced

Matchups in the first round of the group stage at the European regional qualifier for the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 have been announced. Astralis will debut at the tournament against OG, PARIVISION will face HEROIC, BetBoom Team will compete against SAW, 9 Pandas will fight BIG.

The competition will be divided into two parts: the group stage (Swiss format) and Play-Ins (Single Elimination); in the group stage, the knockout matches and matches for advancing will be BO3, all other matches – BO1. The five best squads of the group stage will get into the first stage of the Major, the next three teams will secure spots in the Play-In stage, which will feature one more ticket to the Major.

The European qualifier for BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 will play out from April 14 to 17 this year. The Major itself will take place from June 3 to 22, 2025 in Austin, Texas. The competition will feature a prize pool of $1.25 million, which will be divided among 32 rosters.
