G2 and NAVI win debut matches at BLAST Open Lisbon 2025

First round of the Group B bracket at BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 in Counter-Strike 2 has ended – as a result, four more squads are now one step closer to advancing to the next stage of the event.

In the quarter-finals of Group B, G2 bested Imperial (13:8 on Mirage, 13:11 on Inferno), Eternal Fie prevailed over Liquid (13:7 on Dust2, 13:7 on Anubis), NAVI defeated FURIA (16:12 on Anubis, 13:8 on Mirage), while The MongolZ got the better of M80 (13:11 on Dust2, 11:13 on Ancient, 13:3 on Inferno). The losing teams dropped to the lower bracket of Group B, while the winners qualified to the next winners' round.

Note that three rosters from each group will advance to the BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 playoffs: the winners will go straight to the semi-finals, while the teams that take second and third places will secure slots at the quarter-finals. Detailed information about the event can be found via the link.
