FiReLEAGUE announces two new CS2 LAN tournaments

Tournament operator FiReLEAGUE will host two South American Counter-Strike 2 tournaments in 2025. One will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, while the other – in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The company revealed this via its X social media account.

The total prize pool for the two events will amount to $100,000. Both competitions will have open and closed qualifiers. The first event is scheduled for May, while the second – for September. Other details will be unveiled later.

Note that 9z won the trophy at the previous FiReLEAGUE tournament – FiReLEAGUE 2024 Global Finals. In the final, 9z defeated fnatic in a clean sweep and received $100,000. The competition took place from June 14 to 16 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the participation of eight squads.
