JACKZ departs NIP

32-year-old French esports athlete Audric "JACKZ" Jug departed NIP's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The player himself wrote about this via his X social media account.

My little adventure with NiP comes to an end here. I’m disappointed not to have achieved a better result with the guys, but we gave it our all! The reality is that with zero practice together, it’s hard to truly adapt to a system and be in sync in all phases of the game.

For the past few weeks, JACKZ has represented the team as a stand-in. Due to his performance for Vitality at BLAST Premier World Final 2024 in Singapore in November, Jug received ranking points, allowing NIP to secure invites based on Valve's official ranking.

Audric competed for NIP in five closed qualifiers for the CCT tournaments, but the squad failed to achieve any success. The Frenchman replaced Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing. At the moment, the team occupies 158th place in Valve's ranking; from now on, the roster will have to play in open qualifiers.

 NIP are now:

 Artem "r1nkle" Moroz
 Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
 Michel "ewjerkz" Pinto
 Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing
 Rasmus "sjuush" Beck
