Two players to part ways with SAW after PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025

Portuguese esports club SAW has announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The team will part ways with Ricardo "roman" Oliveira and José "Shr" Gil – both players will depart the team after the end of the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 tournament, which kicks off on February 14.

roman has represented SAW since January 2020, while Shr joined the squad in December of 2024. According to the official statement, the team will compete in the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 21 event in March with a new starting five, but the organization has not yet revealed the names of the new players.

SAW took the last place in the first two LAN tournaments of the new Counter-Strike 2 competitive season – BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 and IEM Katowice 2025. The roster currently occupies 24th place in HLTV ranking.
