Vitality enters top 2 of HLTV ranking

HLTV.org has released an updated ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. Vitality has risen to second place after winning IEM Katowice 2025. G2, on the contrary, has dropped from second to fourth place. Team Spirit still holds first place.

In addition, Eternal Fire has entered the top five, ousting FaZe to sixth place. The MongolZ and MOUZ have also swapped places: the Mongols are now in No. 7, while MOUZ is in No. 8.

Virtus.pro and GamerLegion have climbed four positions each in the table and have risen to 10th and 13th places, respectively. Astralis has moved up two positions, while FURIA has dropped from 10th to 12th place.

Over the past week, several more squads from the top 30 have shown progress – HEROIC, Imperia, B8, Rare Atom and ENCE. On the contrary, Falcons, paiN, 3DMAX, MIBR, Wildcard and M80 have weakened their positions in the ranking.

HLTV's ranking is updated weekly and primarily takes into account the results of the last two months. Teams' achievements over the past year are also considered, with the number of points for past successes decreasing each month.
