BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 participants announced

Tournament operator BLAST has announced the list of teams that have received direct invites to the upcoming BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 Counter-Strike 2 event.

The invites went to teams from the top 12 of the Valve's official ranking – among them were Team Spirit, NAVI, G2, Vitality, FaZe and others. Four more squads will advance to the competition through qualifiers.

BLAST Open Lisbon 2025 will take place from March 19 to March 30, 2025. The first part of the tournament will be held in a GSL format at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen. The best rosters will qualify for the playoffs, which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal.

The total prize pool of the event will amount to $1.1 million, of which $400,000 will be up for grabs directly at the tournament, while the remaining $700,000 will be received by clubs as guaranteed payments for participation in the event.
