Astralis and Liquid eliminated from IEM Katowice 2025

Two more teams have finished their journey at IEM Katowice 2025 in Poland – in the second round of the lower bracket of Group B, Astralis lost to GamerLegion (7:13 on Nuke, 7:13 on Mirage), while Liquid were defeated by Team Spirit (10:13 on Nuke, 8:13 on Dust2).

The losing teams shared 9th-12th places at the event and earned $16,000 in prize money each. The winners advanced to the final losers' round, where they will face off for a slot in the playoffs today.

Next on the schedule are two Group A matches: Virtus.pro will fight Vitality for a place in the semi-finals of the tournament, while FaZe will face Eternal Fire in a matchup for a ticket to the playoffs.
