The MongolZ and NAVI advance to IEM Katowice 2025 playoffs

At IEM Katowice 2025 in Poland two more participants of the final stage have been determined – The MongolZ and NAVI have advanced to the playoffs.

In the second round of the upper bracket in Group B, the Mongolian team defeated GamerLegion (13:10 on Nuke, 13:5 on Mirage), while Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen's squad bested Team Spirit (13:8 on Mirage, 11:13 on Dust2, 16:14 on Nuke). The losing teams dropped to the lower bracket.

Moreover, two more rosters left the competition today: in the first losers' round, MOUZ lost to Liquid (7:13 on Nuke, 7:13 on Ancient), while FURIA was defeated by Astralis (10:13 on Inferno, 13:8 on Dust2, 11:13 on Nuke). The losing teams shared 13th-16th places and earned $10,000 in prize money each, while the winners advanced to the next round of the lower bracket.
