First round matchups at BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 unveiled

Organizers of the first Counter-Strike 2 tournament of the new season – BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 – have announced the results of the seeding for the final stage of the event.

The competition will be held in a Single Elimination format, while in the second round the squads will choose their opponents anew. In the quarter-finals of the tournament bracket, BetBoom Team chose G2 as their opponent, paiN picked NAVI, Eternal Fire chose to face Vitality, while HEROIC got Team Spirit as their opponent.

The LAN final of BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 will play out from January 23 to 26 at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. The total prize pool of the competition is half a million US dollars. The final will take place in a BO5 format, all other matches will be BO3s.
