Official: NertZ departs HEROIC for Liquid
Norwegian esports club HEROIC has officially announced the departure of another player from the team – Guy "NertZ" Iluz. The statement was published on the organization's X social media account.
The 25-year-old Israeli esports athlete has been competing for HEROIC since December of last year. NertZ's average rating over the past three months is 1.22 (in 50 maps). Iluz replaced Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis on the Liquid roster. The latter was recently benched.
Note that on January 4, René "TeSeS" Madsen, Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski, and Abdul "degster" Gasanov also parted ways with HEROIC's Counter-Strike 2 starting five. All three have joined Falcons. Thus, only Rasmus "sjuush" Beck and coach Eetu "sAw" Saha remain from the previous lineup.
HEROIC and Liquid shared 5th-8th place at the recent Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 in Counter-Strike 2 and earned $45,000 in prizes. HEROIC currently occupies eighth place in HLTV ranking, while Liquid is in the top 9.

Liquid are now:
Keith "NAF" Markovic
