AMKAL benches its entire CS2 roster
Russian esports club AMKAL has benched and put up for transfer all members of its Counter-Strike 2 roster, including coach Svyatoslav "svyat" Dovbakh. The organization announced this via its social media accounts.
"We will announce separately who will join the new roster and go with us to conquer new heights a bit later", the official statement claims. According to rumors, DMS will soon be joining AMKAL.
AMKAL lost the qualifier for the Europe RMR and missed Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. At the time of disbandment, the squad occupied 71st place among the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams according to HLTV.
