vanity returns to Counter-Strike
American esports athlete Anthony "vanity" Malaspina, who has been competing in VALORANT for the past four years, has returned to the Counter-Strike 2 pro scene.
Malaspina has joined the updated FLUFFY AIMERS roster along with Edgar "MarKE" Maldonado. This was reported by Dust2.us. Both players joined the squad on a trial basis.
MarKE's previous team was FLUFFY AIMERS – he departed it in September of this year; before that, he spent several months in Nouns. vanity, in turn, has not competed on the CS2 pro scene since parting ways with Chaos in January 2020.
FLUFFY AIMERS failed to qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR. The roster currently occupies 79th place among the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams according to HLTV.org.
