G2 tops HLTV ranking of best teams

HLTV.org has unveiled an updated ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. G2 secured first place, ousting NAVI to No. 2.

In addition, The MongolZ rose to the top 7, while Liquid entered the top 9, moving up four positions in the ranking. HEROIC dropped to No. 8, while FURIA – to No. 10. Astralis, Eternal Fire, Virtus.pro and Complexity moved down one position in the ranking each.

Over the past week, several more squads from the top 30 showed progress – paiN, MIBR, BIG, GamerLegion, Wildcard, M80 and Cloud9. On the contrary, 3DMAX, SAW, FlyQuest, ENCE and 9z weakened their positions in the ranking.

HLTV's ranking is updated weekly and primarily takes into account the results of the last two months. Teams' achievements over the past year are also considered, with the number of points for past successes decreasing each month.
