MOUZ, HEROIC and FaZe advance to top 8 of Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024

Final playday of the second stage at the Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major has ended, determining the last three playoff participants.

In the decisive matches for advancing to the next stage of the tournament, MOUZ defeated MIBR (13:5 on Mirage, 13:6 on Nuke), HEROIC bested NAVI (13:3 on Mirage, 5:13 on Nuke, 13:9 on Ancient), while FaZe got the better of FURIA (6:13 on Inferno, 13:9 on Dust2, 13:10 on Mirage). The losing teams shared 9th-11th place at the event and received $20,000 in prize money.

The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 playoffs will be held from 12th to 15th in a Single Elimination format. All matches, including the final, will be BO3. The winners will take home half a million dollars in prizes.
