lmbt: "I’m locked with new project and will be building new team from scratch"

Monte's former coach Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov is assembling a Counter-Strike 2 roster as part of a new project, the details of which he has so far refused to disclose. The Ukrainian esports athlete announced this via his X social media account.

Big news for me. I’m locked with new project and will be building new team from scratch. Shuffle season is coming let’s see what can I get. Whoever wonna propose himself same as agents you are free to DM me. I can’t reveal all the details yet. But coming soon.

Note that Bezhanov has been coaching Monte since January of last year. With him, the squad failed to qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR, while in early September of this year, Sergey parted ways with the team.

After that, the Ukrainian organization announced the appointment of Piotr "nawrot" Nawrocki to the position of the team's head coach (previously, nawrot was an assistant coach in Monte). Before that, lmbt worked with TITANS, GORILLAZ, FORZE, AVANGAR and other teams. In early October 2024, lmbt said that he regained motivated and was ready to return to the CS2 pro scene.
