MIBR and Wildcard through to Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024

Second day of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Americas RMR has ended in Shanghai, China, determining the first participants of the Major from the American region.

In the third round of the Swiss stage, Wildcard defeated 9z (16:14 on Nuke, 13:6 on Inferno), while MIBR bested Complexity (13:9 on Nuke, 13:11 on Vertigo) – both winners finished the RMR without losing a single series and secured tickets to the Major.

In addition, Nouns and Case lost all chances of qualifying for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 today after losing to KRÜ and RED Canids, respectively. Both squads got eliminated from the tournament with 0:3 match records.

Finally, four more rosters improved their position in the Americas RMR standings today: M80 got the better of Legacy, FURIA bested BOSS, Liquid defeated BESTIA, while paiN took over Imperial.

The matches of the fourth round of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Americas RMR will take place tomorrow, November 14. The participants will be divided into two pools based on the number of wins and losses (2:1 and 1:2). Accordingly, the teams will face only the opponents from their pool.
