NIP to compete with stand-in at RMR

NIP youth roster member Jacob "jocab" Nerheden will continue to compete for the main roster as a stand-in until the end of the year. The organization's management announced this via its social media accounts.

Nerheden is temporarily replacing Max "maxster" Jansson, who has already missed two tournaments due to health issues – Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 and Thunderpick World Championship 2024.

The team's coach Richard "Xizt" Landström explained that maxster is already getting better, but the esports athlete will not have time to fully recover by the start of the bootcamp and the RMR itself.

Together with jocab, the team secured last place at Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 and the penultimate place at Thunderpick World Championship 2024. The Swede finished the first event with an average rating of 0.80 (in four maps), and recorded 0.99 (in seven maps) at the second.

 NIP are now:

 Fredrik "REZ" Sterner
 Artem "r1nkle" Moroz
 Isak "isak" Fahlén
 Gareth "MisteM" Ries
 Jacob "jocab" Nerheden (stand-in)

 Richard "Xizt" Landström (coach)
