Imperial and BESTIA relegated from Thunderpick World Championship 2024

The first playday of the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 playoffs has ended, determining the last semi-finalists of the event.

In the quarter-finals of the tournament bracket, The MongolZ defeated Imperial (16:12 on Dust2, 6:13 on Mirage, 13:i8 on Inferno), while 3DMAX prevailed over BESTIA (13:4 on Inferno, 18:22 on Ancient, 13:9 on Anubis).

The losing teams shared 5th-8th place at the tournament with BIG and fnatic and won $20,000 in prizes. The winners will face off in the semi-finals of the bracket in a week.

Thunderpick World Championship 2024 is held from October 21 to November 3. The final two days of the event will play out on LAN in Berlin; the remaining matches will be held online. The prize pool of the tournament is $850,000.
