Gabe Follower: new mention of Danger Zone found in CS2 code

After today's update, a new line related to the Danger Zone mode appeared in the Counter-Strike 2 files. Maxim "Gabe Follower" Poletaev reported this via his Telegram channel. The data-miner noted that the mentioned string could have gotten into the game code by mistake.

For some reason new survival (danger zone) string popped up called "Survival.CreepDamage". Might be a compiler bug, but idk.

Earlier, the English-speaking commentator Neo "Ne0kai" Caine reported that Valve will not transfer the Danger Zone from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to Counter-Strike 2. According to him, the mode was not popular enough among players, so the developers did not include it in their list of priorities.

Recently, Gabe Follower also found strings in the Counter-Strike 2 code related to a new system responsible for predicting the receipt/infliction of damage. Poletaev suggested that these changes are necessary in order to improve the hit registration in the game.
