DRILLAS replaces one player ahead of RMR

DRILLAS announced a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster ahead of the upcoming qualifiers for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

The 21-year-old Israeli esports athlete Meytar "AMSALEM" Amsalem departed the team, while Sener "SENER1" Mahmuti, known for representing Bad News Eagles, took his place. The player from Kosovo had been inactive for the past few months.

In a comment to HLTV, DRILLAS representatives stated that the decision to replace him was made by mutual agreement of all parties. Amsalem himself also noted that he was uncomfortable being in the team due to differences in views on the game.

Note that DRILLAS was formed in August of this year by the popular German streamer ohnePixel. The squad successfully passed open and closed qualifiers for the RMR tournament as well as competed in several small online events.

 DRILLAS are now:

 Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletniuk
 Ali "hAdji" Haïnouss
 Tal "meztal" Hahiashvili
 Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol
 Sener "SENER1" Mahmuti
