HLTV: Falcons to loan s1mple

According to unofficial information, the famous Ukrainian esports athlete Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev will indeed return to the Counter-Strike pro scene in the very near future. HLTV.org reported this, citing its own sources.

According to the media reports, Kostyliev will join Saudi club on a loan deal. He will replace Álvaro "SunPayus" Garcia, whom the organization will bench. The Spaniard has been competing for Falcons since December of last year, recording an average rating of 1.13 over the past three months (in 68 maps).

Earlier, Falcons' coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen confirmed in an interview after the elimination from BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024 that the team would be changing its starting five, but did not reveal any details. The day before, s1mple himself hinted at his return to the Counter-Strike pro scene.

Note that Oleksandr has been on NAVI's bench since October 2023. In March of this year, he competed for Falcons on loan at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024. The team lost the very first match and took the last place at the tournament.

 Falcons are:

 Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
 Emil "Magisk" Reif
 Pavle "Maden" Bošković
 Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia
 Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen

 Danny "zonic" Sørensen (coach)
