fnatic signs nawwk from BLEED on loan deal
British esports club fnatic revealed the replacement of one player in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization benched Aurélien "afro" Drapier; the Frenchman competed for fnatic for over a year, since July 2023. The announcement was published on fnatic's X social media account.
The new member of the team is Tim "nawwk" Jonasson – the esports athlete joined fnatic on a loan deal from BLEED with the option to buy out the contract at the end of the loan period (that was not disclosed). The 26-year-old Swede has represented BLEED since May of this year, his average rating over the past three months amounted to 1.11 (in 64 maps).
fnatic's updated roster will debut tomorrow, September 24, at the final stage of the YaLLa Compass Summer 2024 online tournament. Note that the squad failed at ESL Pro League Season 20, taking 21st-28th place. As of now, the roster occupies 26th place in HLTV world ranking.
