NIP and Wildcard relegated from ESL Pro League Season 20

Two more elimination matches ended at ESL Pro League Season 20, with HEROIC and 3DMAX securing victories.

In the second round of the lower bracket of Group A, HEROIC defeated NIP with a scoreline of 2:1 (13:16 on Ancient, 13:7 on Nuke, 13:6 on Anubis). 3DMAX, in turn, knocked out Wildcard (13:9 on Ancient, 13:4 on Inferno). The losing teams shared 21st-28th places at the event and won $7,000 in prize money each. The winners advanced to the losers' final, where they will compete against Sangal and The MongolZ for playoff berths.

Today's playday at ESL Pro League Season 20 will end with a matchup in the upper bracket of Group A: NAVI will face Eternal Fire for a spot in the quarter-finals of the competition. Both squads have already secured tickets to the playoffs.
