Cloud9 to face paiN in debut match at BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024

Tournament operator BLAST has announced the seeding of the fall Counter-Strike 2 Showdown tournament, which kicks off in just one week.

The competition will be held in a Double Elimination BO3 format. In the first round of the bracket, Cloud9 will face paiN, FaZe will compete against Rare Atom, Virtus.pro will fight Zero Tenacity, while HEROIC will face OG.

BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024 will be held online from August 21 to 25. 16 rosters will participate in the competition – they will share $135,000 in prize money and two tickets to BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024.
