OG benches k1to
Rumors about changes in OG's Counter-Strike 2 roster have been confirmed: Nils "k1to" Gruhne has officially departed the team. The organization announced Gruhne's benching via its X social media account.
The German represented OG for over a year, since June 2023. For most of this period, he was the IGL of the squad – this role has now been taken over by 17-year-old Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard, who joined OG a few days ago.
The vacant position on the roster was filled by Christian "Buzz" Andersen, who had been on Entropiq's bench for for the past few weeks – in June of this year, the Czech club put its entire CS2 roster up for transfer.
According to OG's announcement, the Danish esports athlete will play for the team at the upcoming competitions as a stand-in as part of his trial period.
OG finished last at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 in Denmark and earned a slot at BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024. The team currently sits at No. 47 in HLTV ranking.
OG are now:
Maciej "F1KU" Miklas
Bram "Nexius" Campana
Mădălin-Andrei "MoDo" Mirea
Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard
Christian "Buzz" Andersen (stand-in)
Lambert "Lambert" Prigent (coach)
