Cloud9 eliminated from BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024; G2 to play in decisive match of group

Kirill "⁠Boombl4" Mikhaylov's squad has finished its journey at the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 LAN tournament in Denmark. In the first round of the lower bracket of Group C, Cloud9 lost to NIP (13:4 on Mirage, 11:13 on Ancient, 11:13 on Anubis). The losing team placed 13th-16th at the tournament, having secured $5,000 in prize money and a slot at BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024.

In addition, G2 defeated FaZe today (9:13 on Ancient, 13:6 on Nuke, 13:6 on Mirage) and advanced to the final round of their group bracket. On August 2, G2 will face the winner of the FaZe – NIP matchup for a ticket to the final event of the BLAST fall season.

Today, the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 organizers will hold two more marches: at 17:00 CET, NAVI will face Liquid for a spot in the grand final of the group, while at 19:30 CET, Virtus.pro will fight against BIG in an elimination match.
