GamerLegion and Falcons lose their openers at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024

The first playday of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 has ended – two more teams are now one step closer to getting into the final tournament of the fall season from BLAST.

In the Group B openers, Vitality defeated GamerLegion (10:13 on Anubis, 19:17 on Mirage, 13:5 on Dust2), while Astralis prevailed over Falcons (13:7 on Dust2, 13:9 on Ancient). The winners advanced to the semi-finals, while the losers fell into the lower bracket.

The group stage of the competition is held in a Double Elimination (GSL) format. The results of the first matches of Group A can be found in our article.

Note that BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 is taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 29 to August 4 with the participation of 16 rosters. The event features a prize pool of $190,000.
