IEM Rio 2024 invitees announced

Tournament operator ESL has announced the list of teams that have received direct invites to the upcoming IEM Rio 2024 tournament.

Invites went to NAVI, Virtus.pro, Vitality, MOUZ, FaZe, G2 and five other squads. The remaining five slots at the event will be secured by the winners of the regional qualifiers – two from Europe, one from Asia, North and South America each.

IEM Rio 2024 will take place from October 7 to 13, 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with the participation of 16 rosters. Teams will compete for $250,000 in prize money. The winner will receive a ticket to IEM Katowice 2025.
