Rumors: Liquid to sign Polish AWPer ultimate

According to unofficial data, Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak will become the new AWPer of the European Counter-Strike 2 team Liquid. HLTV reports this, citing its own sources. The club itself has not yet officially confirmed this information.

The Polish esports athlete's previous team was Illuminar – he competed for it from March to June of this year. Before that he represented NOM, PGE Turow and AGO.

The 20-year-old player has earned nearly $10,000 in prize money throughout his Counter-Strike career, which began in 2020. Tomkowiak's average rating over the last three months is 1.17.

Note that last month coach Wilton "zews" Prado departed Liquid's CS2 roster. Prior to this, the organization also benched IGL and AWPer Casper "cadiaN" Møller. Felipe "skullz" Medeiros is also expected to part ways with the squad soon – the Brazilian player is rumored to join FURIA.
