VP.Prodigy's new coach announced
Former pro player Dmitriy "ProbLeM" Martinov took over as a coach of Virtus.pro's Counter-Strike 2 youth roster. The announcement was published on the club's official website.
Previously, this role in the VP.Prodigy roster was filled by Dmitry "44" Dzutsev – the organization parted ways with him back in February of this year.
The IGL of Virtus.pro's main team, Dzhami "Jame" Ali, commented on this appointment: "ProbLeM has experience playing at a high level and an analytical mindset, so there's much for the youth players to learn from him".
ProbLeM's last team was Forward – he stopped competing for it in the fall of 2023. In the past, the esports athlete also played for HellRaisers, Warthox and other squads. Throughout his career as a pro player, he has earned just under $15,000 in prize money.
VP.Prodigy's current lineup looks as follows:
Vladislav "KusMe" Dmitriev
Yaroslav "Something" Shevchishin
Vladimir "shady" Karelin
Denis "xdENiSZERA" Sklenin
Aleksandr "dwushka" Pakhnevich
