First matches in Group B at IEM Chengdu 2024 ended with victories for Virtus.pro, FlyQuest, Astralis and FaZe. In their openers, they bested Wildcard, Cloud9, Steel Helmet and Nemiga, respectively.

Thus, the upper bracket semi-finals will see the matchups between Virtus.pro – FlyQuest and Astralis – FaZe. The losers dropped into the lower bracket, where they will fight for survival in the Wildcard – Cloud9 and Steel Helmet – Nemiga matches. All the games are scheduled for tomorrow, April 9.
