CS2's peak player count exceeds 1.6 million users

According to the Steam Charts service, Counter-Strike 2 has set a new peak player count record. Today, April 7, there were recorded 1,618,685 concurrent players on the servers of Valve's shooter.

The CS2's audience has set a player count record for the second time in the last two weeks. On the Sunday before last, the game peaked at 1,521,796 players, which was the best result since the full release of the new version of Counter-Strike.

Note that in March, average player count also saw a significant improvement. Compared to the previous month, the increase amounted to almost 13%.

Notably, the beginning of this month also shows positive trends in the CS2 audience. The current average player count for the last 30 days exceeds 900,000 for the first time in six months.
