Wildcard to compete at IEM Chengdu 2024 without JBa⁠

North American team Wildcard will be attending IEM Chengdu 2024 in China without Josh "JBa" Barutt. The fact of the best player's absence from the tournament was announced via the club's social media accounts.

JBa had to cancel the trip at the last minute due to food poisoning. He will be replaced by the team's coach João "horvy⁠" Horvath.

Wildcard will kick off their performance at IEM Chengdu 2024, which starts tomorrow, April 8, with a match against Virtus.pro. Also, besides these two rosters, competing in Group B will be FaZe, Astralis, Cloud9, Nemiga, FlyQuest and Steel Helmet.
