casle successfully appeals ESIC disqualification and will be able to attend Major with ECSTATIC

Danish coach Peter "casle" Ardenskjold successfully appealed his disqualification from the Majors and will be able to participate in PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. This was reported in a press release by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC).

Ardenskjold was among multiple coaches which were issued bans in 2020 for abusing a so-called coaching bug on the pro scene. Initially, the 37-year-old specialist was banned from participating in five Majors, four of which have already took place.

Earlier it became known that casle helped ECSTATIC to qualify for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. Along with the ESIC's announcement, the club stated via its social media accounts that it will continue to cooperate with the coach at least at the upcoming Major.
