sdy departs Monte

Ukrainian organization Monte has announced via its social media accounts parting ways with Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev. Reportedly, the player refused to renew his contract with the club.

sdy has been competing for Monte since January 2023. Together with the team, the Ukrainian won ESL Challenger League Season 44 Europe and ESL Challenger Jönköping 2023 as well as reached the semi-finals of ESL Pro League Season 18 and the playoffs of BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.

It is unknown who will replace Orudzhev in the Monte roster. Previously, the team failed to qualify for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024.

The upcoming tournaments for the team will take place online. In turn, sdy immediately entered free agency and had already announced the search for a new club.
