GamerLegion and Monte leave IEM Katowice 2024

GamerLegion and Monte got relegated from IEM Katowice 2024. In the lower bracket semi-finals of Group B, the rosters suffered their second losses, placing 9th-12th and securing $16K each.

GamerLegion lost to Heroic with a scoreline of 1:2 – 13:5 on Overpass, 4:13 on Mirage and 8:13 on Nuke. In turn, the Ukrainian roster lost to G2 with a scoreline of 1:2 – 4:13 on Nuke, 13:8 on Vertigo and 6:13 on Anubis.

The playday at IEM Katowice 2024 will continue with two matches of Group A. Team Spirit and FaZe will compete for a ticket to the semi-finals of the decisive stage of the tournament, while Falcons and NAVI will fight for a quarter-final spot.

In turn, Heroic and G2 will face off for the right to advance to the playoffs. The match will kick off at 19:30 CET.
