Cloud9 and Vitality relegated from IEM Katowice 2024

Cloud9 and Vitality got eliminated from the group stage of IEM Katowice 2024. They suffered their second losses in the lower bracket quarter-finals of Group B, securing 13th-16th place and $10K in prizes each.

The Russian team lost to Monte with a scoreline of 0:2 – 11:13 on Overpass and 11:13 on Mirage.. In turn, Vitality lost to Heroic with a scoreline of 1:2 – 14:16 on Mirage, 13:11 on Anubis and 13:16 on Vertigo.

The playday at IEM Katowice 2024 will continue with two matches for the playoff tickets. The G2 – ENCE and GamerLegion – MOUZ matchups will kick off at 17:30 CET.
