Spinx – 5th in ranking of best players of 2023

Israeli esports athlete Lotan "Spinx" Giladi was awarded fifth place in the ranking of the best players of 2023 according to the reputable portal HLTV.org. This is the best result in the 23-year-old player's career after finishing 18th in 2022.

Spinx represented Vitality throughout this year. Together with the team, the Israeli won BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, as well as a number of other tier 1 tournaments, namely ESL Pro League Season 16, IEM Rio 2023 and Gamers8 2023.

Giladi's average rating amounted to 1.17. As the authors of the top 20 noted, Spinx was especially good in several stats: the percentage of rounds with a kill (50.6% – 3rd place in the world) and maps rated above 0.85 (90.3% – 3rd place), as well as in T-side rating (1.16 – 5th place).

HLTV.org will publish the top 20 players of 2023 every day from December 27 to January 13, 2024. The winner of the 4th place will be announced tomorrow, January 12, at 20:00 CET.
