Astralis' AWPer Nicolai "device" Reedtz secured 11th place in the ranking of the world's best players in 2023 according to the reputable portal HLTV.org. This is the third representative of the Danish club after Benjamin "blameF" Bremer and Jakob "⁠jabbi⁠" Nygaard.

Last year, Reedtz reached the semi-finals of IEM Cologne 2023 and CS Asia Championships 2023. At the same time, the Dane was crowned the exceptionally valuable player (EVP) at IEM tournaments in Dallas and Cologne, as well as the event in Shanghai.

In 2023 the sniper recorded an average rating of 1.20. As the authors of the ranking noted, device became the third best player in terms of KPR (0.76) and impact (1.23), as well as the percentage of rounds with multi-kills (19.3%). In addition, Reedtz is second by the number of maps with a 1.30+ rating (41.8%).

HLTV.org will publish the top 20 players of 2023 every day from December 27 to January 13, 2024. The winner of the 10th place will be announced tomorrow, January 6, at 20:00 CET.
