Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, Falcons and GamerLegion become BLAST Premier partners

Tournament operator BLAST announced via its official website the names of organizations that have become BLAST Premier partners. The list included Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, Falcons and GamerLegion.

Reportedly, the aforementioned clubs will not be able to receive the guaranteed income that twelve other partners of the series are claiming. However, they will have full access to the tournaments hosted by BLAST in 2024.

The expansion of the number of partners also introduces some changes to the competition format. Based on the results of BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2024 and BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 each, six rosters will make it to the season finals, while the remaining participants will advance to the regional Showdown events.

Note that in mid-December, Cloud9 acquired Evil Geniuses' slot and became a full-fledged partner of BLAST Premier. The deal is valid for one year.

The list of the BLAST Premier partners for 2024 looks as follows: Astralis, NIP, G2, OG, Vitality, NAVI, FaZe, Complexity, Liquid, Heroic, BIG, Cloud9, Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, Falcons and GamerLegion.
