jabbi and stavn join Astralis

Danish organization Astralis has announced the signing of Jakob "⁠jabbi⁠" Nygaard and Martin "stavn" Lund from Heroic. The esports athletes replaced Christian "Buzz" Andersen and Johannes "b0RUP" Borup in the lineup.

Heroic benched jabbi⁠ and stavn at the end of October. As it was reported in the announcement, the players agreed to extend their contracts with the organization in exchange for parting ways with Casper "cadiaN" Møller. However, later the Danes decided to join Astralis, thereby violating the agreement with the club.

Notably, Buzz has been competing for Astralis since December of 2022, while b0RUP joined the team this summer. Together, they managed to reach the semi-finals of IEM Cologne 2023 and CS Asia Championships 2023.

The nearest tournament for Astralis is BetBoom Dacha 2023. The event will take place from December 5 to 10 in Dubai.
