Qikert returns to Virtus.pro from Into the Breach loan

Virtus.pro announced the return of Alexey "Qikert" Golubev from loan. The 24-year-old has spent the last two months with Into the Breach.

Initially, it was assumed that the Kazakh esports athlete would continue on loan until the end of the season. However, Golubev is now returning to Virtus.pro's bench.

Reportedly, Qikert and the club management will continue to search for a new home for the player. The parties are ready to consider offers from teams from all regions.

Golubev competed as Into the Breach's IGL at several tournaments. The team's best result was second place at the qualifier RES Western European Masters Fall 2023.

Note that in a comment to HLTV.org the player himself said that in the future he would like to continue his career as an in-game leader. At the same time, Qikert is open to new negotiations with clubs.
