neL: Falcons bought NiKo from G2 for "millions"

Falcons have agreed with G2 on the transfer of Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, as reported by the reputable insider Guillaume "neL" Ratier. According to the source, Saudi Arabian club paid a buyout clause worth several million dollars to get the star Bosnian rifler.

neL also reported that G2 are ready to consider offers for Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov, whose potential transfer is also estimated at millions. At the same time, the Samurai's General Manager previously stated that the club does not intend to sell the Russian AWPer.

NiKo has been competing for G2 since 2020 and, during this time, he won multiple big tournaments, including the prestigious IEM Katowice 2023 and IEM Cologne 2023. He also consistently ranked among the top 5 best players in the world in each of his three years with G2.

Earlier, rumors connected several other top players to Falcons, which will compete under the leadership of the famous coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen. In particular, HLTV.org reported that Vitality's Emil "Magisk" Reif had signed a contract with the organization.
