What Counter-Strike 2 features were revealed during first hours of Limited Test?
Since Counter-Strike 2 Limited Test launch, selected players with access have discovered a lot of new features. CSGO.com have summed up the most significant innovations in this publication.

- A new option, which will show nade's landing spot on the additional screen, is now available during the warm-up.

- There are no more skyboxes in the game. Nades can fly over the entire map.

- Added sound effects for shooting in open and closed spaces.

- The radar shows the radius within which enemies can hear you.
You can see how far your steps are audible just like valorant.

- Smokes differ in color: dark blue for Counter-Terrorists and lighter for Terrorists.
- New Main Menu design and changed animations for viewing the inventory.

- Under the teammates' profile pictures, the weapons and grenades they bought can now be seen.
- Jump throws are possible and consistent without a bind.
- New bomb animation. Now it flashes brightly while laying on the ground.
- A bind that prevents accidental removal of the silencer was added.
- The graphics settings show the preview of how the game looks before and after the changes.
Along with new mechanics and other changes, Counter-Strike 2 beta testers have encountered a number of bugs. Earlier, Valve announced that the test will be up until the summer 2023, after which the game will be available to everyone.
